Is £399 worth it for 1:1 coaching?

Most clients see their investment returned within the first few months through improved customer acquisition and streamlined operations. During our Discovery Call, we'll explore your specific revenue goals so you can see exactly how this investment fits your growth plan."

Why should I pay for coaching when there's free business advice online?"

You're absolutely right - there's tons of free information out there! The challenge is knowing which advice applies to YOUR specific business situation. What I provide is personalized guidance based on learning about your achievements, struggles, and goals. Plus, you get access to licensed Entrepreneurs Circle systems that aren't available for free, combined with my 25+ years of hands-on experience running small businesses.

How much time do I need to commit to see results?

For 1:1 coaching, we typically work together fortnightly, but the real magic happens in the focused work you do between sessions. I recommend 90-minute focused work blocks for implementing what we discuss - this matches how I structure my own productive work time. The 7-week Group Coaching program requires about 2-3 hours per week including the session and implementation.

I'm already overwhelmed running my business. How will I find time for coaching?

If you can't take time away from your business without everything falling apart, we need to talk. During our Discovery Call, I'll learn about your specific situation and let you know honestly if coaching is right for you.

What exactly happens in coaching sessions?

First we have a Discovery call where I learn about your business journey, achievements, struggles, and goals. From there, I guide you through relevant Entrepreneurs Circle resources and apply my 25 years of experience to your specific situation. Everything is tailored to your business needs and current stage.

Do you only use Entrepreneurs Circle methods?

While I'm licensed with Entrepreneurs Circle and use their proven EMS system, I also draw on my 25+ years of business experience. If your situation needs advice outside their system, I'll absolutely provide that. It's about what works best for YOUR business, not forcing you into a rigid framework.

Should I choose group coaching or 1:1 coaching?

Both work best when you are 12+ months in business, but here's the difference: 1:1 gives you completely personalized attention for £399 monthly. The 7-week group program (£360 for early participants) covers business gaps, numbers, marketing strategies, and business planning with other Glasgow women entrepreneurs. The Group is perfect if you want community support and proven frameworks; 1:1 is better for complex, unique situations and more in-depth work
